Once an order has left the MAGICmagic.co.uk warehouse, if delivery takes longer than the guidelines established by Royal Mail, MAGICmagic.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the delay.

Royal Mail First Class
Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days. The service is available for the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) and BFPO Armed Forces addresses.
FREE UK 1st Class Recorded Postage on all orders over £30
There is a minimum UK postage charge of £3.00.  All UK orders are sent Recorded Signed For

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Delivery is the next business day from dispatch, guaranteed by 1.00pm. This shipping method requires a signature on receipt, and does not guarantee Saturday delivery (although in over 95% of cases this is achieved).
The cost for Royal Mail Special Delivery is £7.10 – a flat fee regardless of order size.

Royal Mail Airmail
Delivery time generally takes 1-3 weeks. To Europe and North America, delivery takes around 5 working days, whereas for more distant locations this can increase to around 3 weeks.
The cost for Royal Mail Airmail is based upon the weight of the order, and will be calculated at the checkout.
Orders over £50 in value must use a tracked/insured service - either Airsure or International Signed For (see below).
For these orders Airmail will not be offered as a choice during checkout.

Customers have the option to add online tracking and priority clearance for their international airmail orders:

• Airsure®** (priority handling and online tracking): £6.00 plus the Airmail cost, insured for up to £100 (for orders over £100, £6.70 plus the Airmail cost, insured for up to £500)

Delivery time 3-7 working days. The fastest way to ship internationally. Details available on request.

This guarantee applies to all products in stock at the time of ordering. At MAGICmagic.co.uk we are committed to keeping all listed items in stock at all times, but occasionally this is not possible due to manufacturing or supply difficulties. Providing products are in stock, we ship within 48 hours of the order and payment being received. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you: you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All orders are shipped from our warehouse Mon-Fri, with no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. If you provided an accurate email address you will be notified when your order ships.

The Airsure® service is limited to 30 worldwide destinations: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States. If your location isn’t included in the above list, you cannot use the Airsure® service, although you can still receive your item via International Signed For®.
