However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MAGICmagic.co.uk, and providing items are completely unopened and in their original packaging, simply return your purchases within 7 days of receipt and the product cost will be refunded in full.

(Please note: unless products are found to be faulty, or are completely unopened, we cannot issue a refund or exchange due to the fact that buyers are paying for the actual secret of how an effect works.)

Prior to returning any item, buyers must first obtain a Returns Code by emailing our customer services department. Returned items are sent at the expense of the buyer and must be packaged securely, together with any and all additional information, packaging and literature that came with the item. Buyers should obtain all necessary proofs of posting, tracking information etc. when returning items – MAGICmagic.co.uk cannot be held responsible for returns that, although sent, are not received.
